While employed by the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Devarajulu Ravichandran openly bragged about racially discriminating against employees. He was able to “pay them less” because of “where they were from” – assuming their race from census data. These racial differences he made fun of in meetings to which he forced the staff to attend.
Alan Hooker and the Art Institute of Chicago worked together to force the VICTIM to leave the Art Institute of Chicago instead of addressing the VICTIM's grievances.
This was a testament to a VICTIM's experience with the Art Institute of Chicago and with whom they choose to employ and associate.
